Mandurah Spine and Sport is a hands-on clinic with a reputation for getting results where others have not. Many of our patients come to us after trying a range of treatments elsewhere, so the work here is genuinely interesting — and it rewards practitioners who like to think, assess carefully, and treat with their hands.

The kind of work you'll do
We focus on the presentations we treat well and enjoy:
- Musculoskeletal conditions across the spine and periphery
- Peripheral nerve entrapments
- Chronic and persistent conditions that respond well to shockwave and manual treatment
You’ll work with a caseload that goes beyond the routine, supported by a team that shares patients’ clinical reasoning and problem-solves together.
Who we’re looking for
We think you’ll fit in well if you:
- Have a genuine interest in advancing your hands-on skills
- Are curious to explore or deepen your knowledge of shockwave therapy
- Are a confident communicator who can explain complex conditions to patients in plain language
- Take a real interest in continual growth and want to keep getting better at what you do
Prior experience with shockwave is welcome but not essential — what matters most is the curiosity and the willingness to learn.

What roles are you hiring for?
We’re interested in hearing from physiotherapists, chiropractors and allied health practitioners with a genuine interest in hands-on treatment.
Do I need to be registered to apply?
Yes. You’ll need current general registration with AHPRA in your discipline — the Physiotherapy Board of Australia or the Chiropractic Board of Australia as relevant — along with appropriate professional indemnity insurance and the right to work in Australia.
Do you consider new graduates?
We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced practitioners. What matters most to us is curiosity, sound clinical reasoning and a willingness to learn.
What kind of caseload will I be working with?
You’ll treat musculoskeletal presentations, peripheral nerve entrapments, and chronic conditions that respond well to shockwave and manual treatment. Many of our patients come to us after trying other treatments, so the work tends to be varied and clinically interesting.
